Cancellations and failed appointments

In order to continue providing treatment at reasonable cost we have to ensure that our valuable clinical time is not wasted. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. If an appointment is missed, we may charge you the full cost of the treatment scheduled for the appointment time.
