If you have a dental emergency, please call us as early as possible in the morning. We are open Monday to Friday and on those days we will always make arrangements to carry out emergency treatment on the same day for registered patients. Our emergency appointment fee is £25 this may or may not include any treatment completed depending on the type of emergency.
Non-registered patients may contact us and we will endeavour to see you as soon as possible, more often than not on the same day. Our registered patients, however, will have priority for available appointments. For non-registered patients the minimum charge is £75. Because of the extra COVID-19 precautions we are currently working under we are unable to see any non-registered patients for emergency treatment at the moment.
Out-of-hours, registered patients may use our on-call rota service where a dentist will be available for advice and to carry out treatment as necessary. This may be Mr Newman, although we work as part of a rota with a number of local colleagues. The contact telephone number is 07918 049989. This service operates between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday and all day at the weekends and bank holidays.
Fees: A call-out fee may be chargeable. Any treatment carried out may also be charged. The charges will vary depending on weather you are a Pay-As-You-Go, DPAS, or Denplan patient. Please ask when you make initial contact. If you are a Denplan or DPAS patient please bring your registration details, if possible.
